Chef, Restauranteur, Olive Oil Judge and Slow Food Member, Mark's knowledge of the local food industry is extensive. The largest fresh produce market in the Southern Hemisphere and a window into the South Australian Food Industry. Visit Stallholders, taste many foods and experience the exciting buzz of the market.

’My tour is not for the faint-hearted’ says Mark. ‘I have worked in this Market for fifteen years. There is so much to see!’

Mark’s Tour takes 1.5 hours. In that time participants meet lots of people. They are able to talk to grass roots suppliers, producers and retailers of South Australia’s fastest growing industries. FOOD.

‘Wear walking shoes and come with an empty stomach!’ says Mark, because sampling as many products as possible is high on the priority list.

The tour finishes with a well-earned, beautifully made coffee.

This tour departs from Providore, Stall 66 at 9.30am and operates on all market days. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings.
